The  rice flakes are lactose free, heart healthy and fat free.
They are a good source of vital minerals and vitamins including iron.
These laddus are  very quick  to prepare .
It can be considered  to be another  exquisite wholesome, nutritious and delicious snack.

Ingredients

  • Flattened Rice – 1 cup
  • Sugar Powder- 1 cup,
  • Cardamom – 5
  • Clarified butter/Ghee-1/2 cup
  • Roasted & Grated Coconut – 1/2 cup
    Method
  • Roast the flattened rice in a pan,make into a flour in a dry mixie jar.
  • Tranfer this powder into a shallow dish.
  • Add sugar, cardamom powder, roasted and grated coconut.
  • Pour ghee.Mix well and make into round balls.
