Ingredients–
- Flattened Rice – 1 cup
- Sugar Powder- 1 cup,
- Cardamom – 5
- Clarified butter/Ghee-1/2 cup
- Roasted & Grated Coconut – 1/2 cup
Method– - Roast the flattened rice in a pan,make into a flour in a dry mixie jar.
- Tranfer this powder into a shallow dish.
- Add sugar, cardamom powder, roasted and grated coconut.
- Pour ghee.Mix well and make into round balls.
